Bluetooth not working, Update Software greyed out, update bmw assist also greyed out.

I just recently got a 2016 m235i and have been running into some software issues. Just wanna ask the experts on what my issues might be and how to fix it without going to the dealership lol. Issues stated in the title. Thanks in advance

It could be the over the air is no longer available because the car was equipped with 3G tech that is not supported. May be worth a trip if they can update your car to 4G.
