Rear window brake light debris

How do you deal with this debris? Is the brake light that appears to be glued to the glass removable?:

Is the car under warrantee? If so, then you don't need to figure it out, just take it to the dealer. If not, you may need to get a new car

Very helpful, not.

No matter, though. I trade in my cars when the ashtrays are full.

You could probably blast it out with a can of electronics duster.

I sometimes use the blower on my Metro Vac to remove it from vehicles I detail. It is very powerful.
