Upgrade your idrive knob

I had something like that and ended up removing it because it was restricting the back button and was annoying me. It did look good in black (fake) ceramic though.

Do you lose the "Mouse" capabilities (scrolling) w/ this new knob?

You mean the letter writing? The smaller version of idrive does not have that feature. If you're talking about the ability to use the idrive as you did before adding this, nothing changes. Well, it's easier to turn the idrive knob but other than that everything works the same.

I now what one you're talking about! I almost got it but it wasn't compatible with the knob I have. The one I bought has a gap between the bottom on the knob and the car to allow you to go back and forward with no problem.
