Stance vs Fast Wheels

So I'm looking for my summer wheels on my 2019 M240i Cab and I'm down to these two wheels and wanted to get folks thoughts and see if they are direct fits.

Stance SF07 http://stancewheels.com/sf07/ Staggered setup, 19x8.5 front and 19x9.5 rear. I think the company will do a custom offset, so I'm not sure how that works? Anyone have any experience with Stance wheels? and if its a custom offset, what should they be so? I run stock suspension and don't want any rub.

My second piece is similar to the first. Fast FC04 Bronze https://www.fastwheels.ca/productinf...n=matte+bronze. 19x8.5 ET45 front and 19x9.5 ET35 rear. This will fit as well right?

My preference is the Stance SF07, I think it has a deeper concave which is my preference, but I'm concerned it might not fit over the M caliper

I don't see why these wouldn't fit. Some 17s even fit over the 2 series brakes.
