[HELP] BMW M235i - Head Unit Blue Screen - Programming Abort

Hello everybody, I am trying to find a solution for fixing my head unit on my BMW. The head unit currently turns on with the vehicle in the on/run position but has a blue screen that says "Magneti Marelli" which I am assuming is the manufacturer for the head unit itself.

So far here is the following steps I have tried as far as recovering the head unit.

- I attempted to inject the CAFD file manually into the HUB via E-sys with programming data 4.39.20, it started the process and crashed at 41-45% every time. I have screenshots of all the errors from e-sys if needed.

- I also tried to swDeploy and the other available options with no luck via E-sys.

Ultimately, I am not willing to spend $1600-2000 for a new head unit and have to pay additionally for the VIN to be matched/programmed after. If there is anyway for me to attempt to revive this head unit I will any and everything.
