18" rims and 380 mm brake clearance
I added 380 mm rotors to F22 M240 using stock blue calipers with new mounting bracket adapters.
There was no clearance issues with 18” stock style 436 or bmw oem style 307 for track tires. Looking at aftermarket and running into issues with enkei and VMR 18” with inner wheel clearance not side clearance to the back of the face of the wheel. VMR could not provide me inside diameter of any models but suggested creating a template of my brake dimensions and sending to them. Apex has fitment guide for 370 mm but not 380 for F22 I believe my best chance is with a flow form design. Any recommendations? Thank you |

Not an issue. F22 Blue calipers use same brake pads size/dimensions (are interchangeable with OG M2 with 380 mm), using larger rotor provides more sweep area , leverage, and thermal capacity to manage heat build up. No fade on big tracks

Test fitted them today on fronts and you were correct they fit over 380 mm rotors with oem pads with a few mm for clearance
Many other after market and bmw did not fit. |

Since 380mm is the stock F8x rotor size, I'd assume it's safe to use M2/3/4 fitment guides when it comes to brake clearance (obviously not width/offset)
