Keeping getting code 180001

I have recently bought a BMW M235i and I keeping seeing the code 180001 Cat Converter efficiency below limit value. My first thought is a dirty cat so I used “cataclean” and then cleared the code and it came back almost instantly. My next thought is it could be a dirty o2 sensor or the cat itself has gone bad. What should I do to fix this issue? Thanks everyone
