Bottom (underhood) shield has two openings? F22 M240ix

Hello folks,
F22 B58 M240i xdrive: looking underneath the car I noticed my bottom shield of the engine compartment has two fairly large square openings that look like access 'ports' or 'windows', not covered by anything. Can someone take a look and say or post a picture?

The shield, as far as I could find, looks like ECS Part # ES#2720140 (https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-...i/51758061871/) but my concern is from looking at this assembly: https://shop.bmw.ca/a/BMW_2020_M240i...d/51_9564.html (Part Number: 51758061871 at bmw.ca). I wonder if I am missing an undercover that should be a part of the shield, or at least the two service covers that should close those openings.

Thanks ahead.
