BM3 Flex Map
Hi all, just started messing around with BM3. So far, I've loaded up the M2 0+ map and haven't decided what else to try. I'm leaning towards Stage 1 93, but am curious what experiences people have had with the FlexMaps that allow you to do a hot-swap of maps. Any advice/comment would be appreciated!
Thanks! Last edited by DBinOH; 07-14-2021 at 01:51 PM.. |

I am on stage2+ and don't use racegas, only E30, so it is useless to me. However it will be very useful when I get custom tuned and can have a 93 and E40 map in the same catalog to switch from. Right now you can only choose maps for the same fuel, but different map, in stage 1/2 Stage 1 maps can be run regardless of mods, I highly recommend you flash to the stage 1 multimap and try each. The 0+ is basically a stock map with little more top end. Stage 1 will be a noticeable improvement over it. Just make sure you have good gas, fresh plugs, etc and LOG. There is plenty on here to get a basic understanding of logs and how to chase down the little issues you will find as you move up the maps.

I haven't really done any mods other than a new CP and the MPE. Using 93 Octane, primarily from Costco.

Stick to the Stage 1 91, 93 or M2 maps. 93 is quite a bit better than 91, as I found 91 to have a lag problem when overtaking on the highway. Either way, enjoy!
