I cleaned my MAF sensor and these codes came up?

Hey guys so i cleaned my MAF sensor and these codes came up. They weren't there before i took it out and cleaned it a few hours ago. How do i fix this?

UPDATE: I cleared the codes and they went away but my car is still idling really bad and almost shuts down. I have no CEL but i got told to clean my MAF sensor to see if that was the cause. I do feel like my car was idling a little better when i had the codes though. Idk what do you guys think? Could it be my battery?

How did you "clean" it ?
with cleaner and let it sit for an hour before re installing it

Ok... cause you are not suppose to touch the sensor with your hands or anything as it will break it.... you just spray and let it dry

yes i didn't touch the sensor itself just the top part that plugs into the car.

if I remember correctly it's attached with 2 screws to the air box tubing...and probably has some kind of rubber gasket

Using a direct stream from a MAF cleaning spray may damage the sensor wire due to the power of the propellant, sometimes it is better to clean it by dipping into a small container of the cleaner.

well the car just idles the same as before not worse not better and also when driving when i accelerate hard the car like skips but only when i accelerate hard not on normal acceleration.
