Harmonic Balancer SIB
These a Service Information Bulletin (SIB 11-01-19) out that tells dealers to inspect the harmonic balancer for cracks/damage to the rubber ring. My car has a vibration+groan at about 1000rpm. The dealer will look at it on July 21.
