I too can not stand the smell. When I go to my buddies shop I can only make it about half the day before my head hurts so bad from the smoke and smell.

My dad is bored being medically retired, so now he smokes out of boredom. He is building musky fishing lures as something to do, but doesn't have a big or heated shop so during the winter so he pretty much sits around the house when its cold, and in MN that's a big part of the year.

Help him out and don't give up. There are better things to do with his time than nasty cigarettes.

i've been eating a lot more, and work is so boring i take lunch just to get out of the office

ive also been eating out way, way, WAY too much

ive not been treating myself well

I can taste aluminum in canned beer. Apparently, that should be impossible, because the inside of the cans are lined with something, so that can happen. One of my friends didn’t believe me. So, he gave me a taste test and I was 6 for 6, 100% accurate.

Im on a weight changer challenge actually, 2 days at the beginning completely w/o sugar and carbohydrates, that from the 3rd day 3 scheduled meals and no nibbles in between.
From penultimate last SAT to today I lost 4 pds so far, way to go.

For real though! Truly a loss. There were several of my neighbors that mentioned it to me after she left. Even funnier, 90% of my neighbors are retired. None of them could tell you what day it is, but they sure as shit noticed when she stopped cleaning that pool.
