How do you compare it with the 1M experience you had? Obviously two different cars, but some testers have lapped faster in the m2**i cars, than they did with the 1M. Which is why I ask, how do you feel between the two, having owned both?

It?s impossible to compare the 240i to the 1M but I agree, the 240i is faster but I have the auto trans and the 1M of course was stick. I will tell you one thing, when the overboost kicked in the 1M it became an animal. My 240i is xdrive so I missing that ?oh shit, I might lose control? feeling lol. The 1M was just so tight on the road though and it definitely made you work to drive it. That?s the biggest difference. I also loved the simplicity of my 1M. I never had nav, power seats etc.

Again, this 240i is an absolute beast and blast and I love it.

Yeah. I?m not sure what that guys problem was. I was not trying to show off etc. I was simply sharing my experience with the brand and it?s different models. I thought that?s what forums are for : Trolling will always exist I guess.

My M235iX Cabrio came with it on and it is a good thing. I'm at 21000 kms and have two really good marks in the protective wrap where stones have hit. I don't drive gravel roads. My wrap is only on the hood. The nose before that doesn't seem to be picking up any marks. Some on the main parts of the front bumper though but nothing too bad.
I would put it on and on the mirror caps too.

Yeah, I was going to do the full mirrors but I?m having them painted gloss black or white in the spring.

Shit, sorry for late response. I enjoy the MPE it's not too loud but the sound is just authentic. I always have my windows or sunroof open just so I can hear it. Also, did you get the Dinan stage 1 tune? I am in AB.
