Finally picked up my M240i today. Today must have been the longest day in my life... Everything went smoothly at the dealer. Car is in perfect condition and I love it. I am trying to be careful for the break in but even below 4500RPM its really a blast to drive. Note that I am coming from a extremely boring Subaru with CVT... what a difference. Here are some pics of when I got home.

Ready for Winter

I already miss the summer tires but it doesn't look bad with the black wheels imo.

Put 17s on mine for the winter with Blizzak WS80s. Make sure the supplier checks brake clearance with the M brakes. My old 17s from my E90 335 and F30 328 wouldn't fit.

Yes, there was only a few 17'' wheels available at my supplier that would fit. Now I am waiting for our first snow storm to see how Xdrive compare to my Subaru.

They are 17s with Michelin's X-Ice xi3. Love my M240i. Sounds amazing with the Dinan mid pipe :-)

Oh nice! Did you hear a significant difference in sound with the midpipe?

Yes, it is loud on cold start but goes back to almost stock after a minute in comfort mode. In sport and sport + mode it sounds amazing. I bought it on sale from ECS Tuning.

I haven't made a video but here's a pretty good one on the install and sound:

It would of arrived earlier but there was a huge snowstorm in Halifax which put everything to a halt. Mine is also Estoril Blue with Coral red leather and piano black trim. The 2 month wait was pretty bad...what's worse was I had to contain myself and drive the car like a normal person and not floor it or do launches until 2,000kms. Also not to exceed 4,500rpms and 160km/hr. How did I do? Not very well 😜. Anyway, it's a solid car and you'll be blown away at how quickly it accelerates and pulls in any gear. The new B58 motor is a beast. As for mods I bought gloss black grills on the first day, tinted it on the second day and ordered the front splitter and rear spoiler a few weeks later. I'm also getting a tune in the form of a JB4 and contemplating catless dp's.

Enjoy your car!
where did you order the grills and rear spoiler from?

i havent ordered one yet but getring close and i wiuld need those items stat!
