763M on 240i

Good Morning all. As much as I have loved my 240, the stock 18's have always appeared small on the car to me. I just recently saw the the BMW 763M in frozen gold for the M2 and loved them. However it appears they are 9jx19 ET:29 in the front and 10jx19 ET:40 in the rear. Considering I have the stock 18's on my car, would the 763m fit with out rubbing?

I haven't seen that anyone has tried it but they likely won't fit unless you do something odd like stock ride height with stretched tires and camber. Even then they will poke a lot. I've looked at options for this style and your best bet is replicas, or bbs and vmr make wheels that look similar but aren't exactly the same.

This may be a silly question, but why will they fit on the M2 and not the 240i? Isn't the body the same?
