Hi guys, let me introduce myself.

I'm a proud owner of a 2006 E90 330i with nearly 280 000 km and a 2013 X3 3.5 M Package with 150 000km.

I was thirsty for a BMW sport car and I chose the M240i, believing that the M are more track focused.

So it toke me about 4 to 6 months to find the perfect salvage one (I love playing with cars).

So follow me on this advanture, I will be posting youtube videos of the rebuild. Any advice will be more than Welcome! and please subscribe.

1 or 2 - 18 x 7.5 Black Rim Style 719M (Front)

1 X 225/40/18 Tire

1 X Remote (auxiliary) Radiator, BMW part 17118625447

1 X Front strut adaptive Left BMW 37116865545

Several of your error messages relate to the steering rack, possibly due to damage caused when the steering rack track rod would have been severely loaded when the knuckle was bent.

Well that's the expensive part.

See I live in Quebec, and here the law requires to change the airbags for new ones ONLY. Yes you heard it right, not from recyclers or used ones, brand new expensive ones!!! Quebec is one of the poorest province(States) in North America but they (politicians) obliged their citizens to pay for the more expensive option!

I understand why they are doing it, security first. But at least they should allow to use the ones from certified recyclers.

The hole process it's a more complicated than anywhere else, I should make a video on that subject!!!

Yes, you will see in part 3, that the steering knuckle took a hit and I'm not sure if I have to change it.
