Can somebody point me in the right direction for the most currently available BMW ISTA Software that works best with my M235i? I've found v4.14 ISTA-D software through a torrent link, but instructions aren't great (broken Russian). Anything more current and with good instructions?

What is the difference between ISTA+ and ISTA-D?

Also, it's my understanding that more current verisons than ISTA-P 3.63.5 are not supported for programming F-series vehicles? Do you guys all just use older versions to program?

Any other tips? Thanks in advance!
