Jacking point problem and undertray fasteners
Hi everyone
Need a bit of assistance, years ago i went thru a ditch i didn't see and it ripped the front passenger (uk) jacking point off and damaged the undertray lining around it. I'm guessing by that picture that it sheared off the centre tab...so i'm looking for suggestions on how to get the plastic out Is it going to be a case of wangle it out, or are there any better tips or tricks Secondly, what sort of fasteners are used that hold the carpety type plastic stuff that runs under the car, down the side..as that needs re-attaching correctly. they seem to have a hex key fitting, as a few of them are missing both sides. Thanks in advance, Alex |

dealer for fasteners and parts.
https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/f...epair-manuals/ for cleaning out the mounting protrusion, a hack saw blade and carefully cut 95% through the plastic every 90 degrees and with a plastic probe knock out or disfigure enough to pull the pieces out. |
