Wheel questions for M240i owners

Wheel question for M240i owners (RWD only)
As I have now given up trying to get a good Offset for a staggered set up. I have come to the conclusion I will need to get a square set up and run different size tyres front and rear.

Has anyone got 18" ET40 8.5j square set up, on oem suspension, without any camber adjustments or spacers, running 235 up front and 255 rears? Without any rubbing issues. I am concerned on the front wheels more due to the wheel being closer to the strut by 7.7mm over oem wheel size

18x8.5" and 235 is tight up front. I'm doing but using 3mm spacers. ET 40 should be good. I'm doing ET 44 with 3mm spacer...net 41

Cheers that's good to know. Are you on oem suspension too? What are you running on the rear?

OEM 235i. I'm going with the Titan TS5's 18x8.5 235 square. I could go another size up, but with PS4 garners little.

Alutec Drive 18x8 et43 black and silver with original mpss tyres. My M240i is Glacier Silver and in my opinion they look great. Once the fronts need to be replaced I am going with a square setup 245/35/18. No rubbing.

Do you know the weight of these? I just went on rim style configurations and they don't fit the M240i according to them 😂

I have 18x8.5 +45 square, 5mm spacer in front, 245/35 tires all around. Works fine.

Alignment is -2F/-1R for camber.

I have 18x8.5 et39 running 255/35 A/S 3+ in back and 225/40 in front. No rubbing.
225 is a little narrow for the 8.5 in front. looks a little stretched, so I would go for 235 as you planned.

All the wheel suppliers are telling me the 235/40 will rub though 😞
