JB4 - Rail Pressure Sensor Fault Codes Help

Hey,

I had my JB4, BMS intake, Scorpion downpipe, Forge Intercooler, Forge Chargepipe installed yesterday on my M235.

I've had drivetrain malfunction errors quite a few times and the car is hesitant for a while. I checked connections and everything seems perfect, these were the codes I received:

180001 - catless downpipe detected
102001 - Air mass, plausibility - Tuner code, ignore
119002 - Rail pressure sensor short to ground
101F01 - Throttle valve opening angle pressure - ignore, tuner code
119404 - rail pressure sensor, signal stuck

I've scrolled through a million threads and there doesn't seem to be a clear answer?

I'd update to the latest firmware, but if the fuel pressure fault returns it's either an issue with that JB4 connector, a software setting, or the sensor itself. You could put just that connection to stock to rule out the sensor being an issue.

Afternoon Mike,

So after doing some logs the other night I sent them to BMS and they saw no issues but I told them the car is temperamental with problems and the other night it was running well. I start the car today, drivetrain malfunction straight away I restart the car and it clears then I and hesitation and jerks happening. If I try and put my foot down half way it stutters and drivetrain malfunction again.

Mods installed last weekend all new parts :

JB4, scorpion downpipe, forge intercooler, forge charge pipe, BMS intake

Also latest firmware updated.

Any ideas?
