I went to my local tyre dealer, Wheelgame in Tadley, and bought like-for-like replacements for my 225/45 R17 Contis (rears). They had two in their warehouse which they could get next day, and cost £130 each including VAT and fitting etc.
Not too bad I thought - I was expecting a nightmare getting runflats, but they seemed no harder to get nor more expensive than standard ones (maybe I was just lucky). The fitters say runflats are a bugger to fit though due to the stiff sidewalls! |
