Bluetooth not showing song names?

When I scroll through the songs in my car it shows song names for about half, then it just says "song~xxx"
I'm using iPhone X and I just updated my I drive.
Any ideas?

I have been struggling with this issue for months now and I even made them open a PuMA case to Germany. The reply we got was that this is normal and is done so the head unit can keep its performance. I was suggested to use the internal hard drive of the car to store the songs which I did and been using it that way ever since. The issue is also interesting by the fact that if you connect by Bluetooth it will show up to the first 100 songs and then turn to numerical naming, if you connect by cable it is up to 500 then numerical naming. It happens both on my 2016 2 series with NBT EVO (iDrive 4.5) and 2018 X3 with HU-H2 (iDrive 6.0). The way BMW deals with such issues is frustrating to an extent because at least in my country the distributor of the brand labels such issues as normal if it is happening in every car. If it is unique to you than they will take care of it. Their position is very hard to brake unless you know people, even if this issue is not normal to us the user they count it as it is since it can be found in every other vehicle.

Thanks guys.

Only problem uploading to hard drive is that I use Apple Music a lot. So that's out the window.
