I got one for my Subaru Sti, my Supra directly from the dealer but can't find any for the f22...

There are no printed manuals you can buy from BMW for current models, you will need to subscribe to the service if you want the "official" documents: https://www.bmwtechinfo.com/

I'm not sure how it works but for school I did a trial for a text book and used a program that recorded mouse clicks and put them on re-play and I saved each page as a PDF by using Chromes Dev Tools. Then just compile them into a single PDF document.
