Bimmer Coders

Does anyone have any experience with the remote coding company, Bimmer Coders?

saw them on the Facebook site and was curious if anyone had feedback. this is th link to the options available:

http://bimmercoders.com/1-2-series/

one part that kind of threw me for a loop

"Anti-Dazzle Headlight Coding (additional $30 payable during appointment)

* Must have LED Equipped Headlights
* Check out this video to see them in action: BMW Intelligent Headlight Technology
<https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tajs8sqfOQY>

Sport Automatic Transmission (additional $30 payable during appointment)

* Enable Sport+ Mode
* SAT Coded Features (Quicker Shifts and Improved Drivability)
* Sport+ Display on Instrument Cluster
* Launch Control
* Coded for Retrofitting Paddle Shifters"

does anyone know what this anti dazzle headlight coding is?

and what are thoughts on launch control and "SAT coded features" for quicker shifts and improved drivability?? don't want to mess with the reliability of the car..its a lease..

Your better off getting a enet cable and esys for around $20 or a wifi adaptor and BimmerCode for $50. BimmerCode is easy to use and you can change the functions whenever you want.

The anti-dazzle headlights are pretty nice. You have an M240i so you should already have paddle shifters and Sport+, they wouldn't be coding anything. Like someone else said just get yourself a coding cable for $10 and do it yourself.

Take a look at the BimmerCode app before you make the decision the interface is very user friendly.
