I want to get some new wheels and was thinking some 18x8.5/9.5 +35 but wanted wider tires as well. What tire size can fit this size without any modification? Or what wheel tire fitment would you guys recommend to run slightly larger tires? These are the wheels

18x8.5/9.5 minimal offsets are et 35/45 and max tire sizes without modification are 235/40 and 265/35. You can definitely fit 18x9.5 et35 on the rear but it will poke, and will rub with anything wider than a 245 section tire unless you plan to dial in serious camber. The most aggressive fitment I've seen without major alignment adjustments on the rear is 255/30 on 19x9.5 et 39 lowered on H&R springs. This was using Hankook V12 evo tires which run narrow. You could have the rear hubs shaved 4mm to get you to an et39 and try to squeeze a 255/35 on them.

The wheels you want have hub bores of 73.10 whereas the vast majority of BWM wheel fitments are ~72.6 (oem is 72.56) so you would likely need hub centric adapters if you plan to drive the car hard or have power mods.
