Blown Turbo?

Today I noticed a dentist drill like noise under low boost shortly after starting the car in the morning.

Later in the day we were shooting a video with the car and notice oil on the tailpipe.

Vehicle is stage 2+ E50 blend with TU pump. Has 53k miles been tuned for 3k.

Thats a good idea, about to put some oil in my exhaust and tell my wife I might need new turbo
