Meh....I like the front and the side profile, the rear is terribuuuuul and the interior look to be up to BMW standards. A base price of $44k is a little steep. No plans on moving from the 135i yet. M2 would be much more appealing.

I think I like it. I'll have to see it in person for a final. It seems like they reduced that goofy looking nose that the 3 and 4 series suffer from. I hope so. A real M model would be awesome!

Honestly thought it was a mistake too. It was either between VO and MR. I guess it's MR then, although I hate to repeat colours..

Exactly. Volume is the key and the price premium on the 1M was total bs. I can get into a 981c (cayaman s) brand new at 63k com on MAN! Thats still cheaper then what I see 1M's on autotrader going for!

Keep it M keep it simple and produce the car at a decent volume.

If it wasn't for VO, literally the only other color I'd pick is EBII. Which is not exactly a downgrade, but really was hoping for orange.

Agree. I find the 1 series coupe both visually more appealing and more holistic. The 2 looks like a 3 series mated with a 1 series. The 2 is also bigger (72mm longer which is inconsistent with my concept of a 1 series), and full of strange lines that lack purity ... including the side slash lines, ... the straight line across the front of the bonnet (where the bonnet opens) ... and the weird rear.

As much as EBII is such a beautiful colour, every second F20 and F30 here is in EBII, so I'll pass this time.

I've only seen 1 F20 in VO in over a year since the F20 was released!!! It would be really unique..

That is a disappointment, VO would have been a great color to offer on the M-Sport only, similar to EBII. Bummer

If your mirrors are set up correctly there is no need for blind spot assist. You have too much side of the car on your side mirrors.

HUD, yeah that one hurts. But it does come with shift lights!
