Yes it feels more rigid maybe upto 20% more , somewhere above noticeable but below - wow night and day. Easy install. $850- $1,200 with mix of used and new parts. Requires. 5 point aluminum rear brace , a replacement front black metal panel to which you bolt the carbon brace ( it is taller than stock F22 one and has 2 bolt threads built in to accept the carbon brace. After that it is bolts and retainers optional are a few plastic pieces to make it look OEM
The aluminum 5 point installation uses 3 bolts into the top of the strut mounting plates but in my car there are now Vorshlag camber plates. I am not sure if stock F22 plates have 3 holes to accept the bolts but these camber plates do. And so do stock M2/3/4 I have a modified suspension. Camber plates , KW coil overs , spl monoball thrust bearings in front So the brace was a near final step (sway bar are in garage to be installed ) When you take these steps with a F22 you feeling the rear subframe move around when you track it. You can add inserts or swap them for solid bushings |

Ok kewl! Thank you for the breakdown! I have the RD strut tower brace for now. Was planning the H&R sways Front and Rear. Just to tighten things up a bit for now. Don't want to bias front too much though. Can't find much spec on the various sways tho, is tough to find. Worry that hollow bars are not built for the job.
