I would still plan to file a claim, in hopes it could provoke a response from them at a minimum. I get they have policies about contact and shipping times but that’s a hard sell when they can’t respond to multiple inquiries from multiple people over the span of a couple of weeks. I plan on filing the claim with PayPal in the next hour when I am home. Best case they respond with an update, worst case I get my money back and find another suitable diffuser.

I have a good buddy who lives in Tokyo, i asked him to try and get in contact with them. So hopefully that yields a response a bit better since it will be in japanese.
He did say on their site it says due to high number od orders expect delays in communications and delivery. |

I wanted to update what the PayPal claims process looks like for those unsure how it works, like I was. When you open a claim, it first starts off by having you send a message to the seller. Personally, I pretty much resent a private email I had sent Autoplus so it would be tracked by PayPal (all communications to seller through PayPal claims are tracked/saved by PayPal). By starting the claim, this also starts a 20 day window in which some action needs to take place. Within the 20 days, you can choose to escalate the issue and get PayPal involved (seeking refund) or close the issue yourself if the seller reaches out and you guys work out an agreement. If you do not escalate or resolve the issue yourself within the 20 days, the claim will close automatically and you can not reopen another claim for that order. This is important to note. My plan was to give them 15 of the 20 days to respond, if nothing by then I will escalate to PayPal and seek reimbursement. My thoughts are that opening the claim might light a fire under their butt about needing to take some strides in communication to us but if I am wrong, at least I'll get my money back.

Got a response from Autoplus via Facebook Messenger. They said they would check progress and get back to me. I'll let you know when I hear back.

Final update: I have received my money back from PayPal. There hasn't been any communication back from autoplus and any previous communications were just stall tactics. Their website states issues with communication and overflow of orders but many have not heard from them in weeks. PayPal claims have been field to get the refund process started. I would advise you to submit a claim if you haven't already. As it will take a few weeks for the money to come back. I have a feeling that they keep stalling everyone until the paypal claims window is gone. There was a user that notified me that they still haven't received their diffuser and it's been 3 months.

Just out of curiosity has everyone basically pulled out already? I haven't filed any claim yet, but wondering if this is a complete wreck at this point?

I filed the claim and have escalated to PayPal. I too said I just want the diffuser and some guarantee it’s actually going to come. PayPal messages the seller but if no response in 10 days, I get my money back. So far, no response and today is day 6.

Curious to see how that fitment is. Since I don't think Autoplus will respond to PayPal, the vicrez is my next best option.

I have heard of people either adding thickness to the clips, or glueing them in place. But other than that, overall finish looks ok, I plan on getting it cut out to fit quad tips soon, then will go for paint and installation.

Held out as long as I could with no luck. Escalated the claim to PayPal. Damn you AutoPlus!
