Which spark plugs to use...

I currently have a Dinan Sport Tune and need to get new plugs. I will be getting a VRSF FMIC and CP in the near future and was wondering what brand/model plugs you guys are using, and what are you gapping at for +3lbs boost? I may go BM3 by the end of the year too if that makes any difference in selecting a plug.

Thanks. .22 is what it comes from the factory, correct? .18 is because of the increased boost I'm assuming?

Do you happen to know the stock boost on the N20? I'm reading online and getting conflicting numbers between 12-18psi?

Get NGK gapped at .20 if you are doing flash tune.
