Flash Tuning a 2020 M240iX, options?

I'm reading about recent DME software updates that prevent tuning the engine with a flash update.

As I just took delivery of 2020 M240i what options are there currently available to tune the vehicle for greater power, say 400whp? Looks like BMW's current added roadblocks have created quite an issue with the tuning community.

Check with PTF if your ECU version is eligible for a flash. If not get a Jb4
