the little valve in the muffler
hey guys.
so going to take the plunge and get a muffler delete done tomorrow. In preparation I fitted my carbon diffuser so they will know how far to extend my standard tips out to. when doing this I noticed a little valve/control box passenger side of the muffler. I assume this is the flap control thing when we cold start? Question is. what do i do with it when i do the delete? do i leave the control box thing plugged in and just cable tie it up or un plug it? |

Dude if you delete the muffler then you have no worries.
Just unplug it when you remove the muffler and tie it off under the car. Wrap the terminal with the finger of a rubber glove. |

If by "this" you mean just unplug the valve connection there's not much difference over stock. Put the car in sport mode, let the car warm up and you can see how it sounds
