2-Series vs. Everything Else

Since we don't have an existing thread about our cars racing against other cars in the real world like many other forums, I thought why not create one! It would be interesting to see how the F22 stacks up against its competitors in performance. Post your drag racing experience in your 2-series and tell us how it turned out!

I had a Focus RS race me off a green light at 2am the other night on my way home from work.. I didn't know it was a race until he floored it right when the light changed, but I wasn't about to lose either... already in 2nd from a casual acceleration through 1st, I floored it and steadily pulled ahead. I stopped right at 60mph and clicked cruise control back on as he continued to floor it passing me doing at least 70mph. Then continued to floor it up the hill a little more as he passed a trooper on the side pulling out of a gas station. I passed him again a little bit later lol. And I'm only in a 230 with a Dinan V2 elite tune, exhaust, and CAI

When I pulled away from a red light, the Buick next to me fell back rather quickly. By the next red light, she had caught up again.

Definitely wouldn't call it a drag race. More or less just someone thinking it was in their own world, while I accelerated to the speed limit faster. Then they kept going and got pulled over

I think he is saying that drag racing on the street is illegal and not something some of us would want to post about.

I ran this 2,600lb Mini "Clown" car pushing ~280whp a few days back. Strangest thing I've ever seen. Couldn't believe me eyes. LOL
