Good luck!
Regional got back to me today and told me they agree with the dealership and I should take it back to the same shop for a third time. They said the service advisor couldn't see a difference and therefore isn't enough cause to find another shop. I'm not sure if I want to take it back a third time. I may just live with the defects. I am disappointed...

I can't tell by pics, but if the car got scratches over the entire body, I'd lawyer up- pay for each letter the lawyer writes individually - don't sign to get charged hourly by the lawyer.

Luckily I have a retired judge and a deputy attorney general in the family... We'll have to see what our options are now...

I'm going to let them resolve this and see how it turns out. I have a feeling I'm going to be back sooner than later... (My brakes are squeaking after letting off the brakes from a stop...)
My brakes do the same thing. I've been too lazy to get it looked at, but please update if they remedy this problem. So annoying.
Also, the one solution I've found to the squeeking is to thoroughly clean your brakes on a regular basis. It would appear that the brake dust collects on the discs and rubs. I spray water around the caliper and try to rinse the disc surface. The noise goes away for a few weeks or until the next time I wash the car.
