Cross posted to M2 forum. I just bought these from a user here - FastXTC. Have not even gotten them in yet. I wanted euros, and a set came up tonight so I snagged them. That means that once the US version that I purchase first arrives I will need to sell them. I have copied and pasted the information from the original listing below. Pictures are also from the seller's original listing since I do not have these yet in hand to take my own pictures:

Like new, removed from a garaged F87 M2 LCI with 4,500 miles. No snow / salt or automatic carwash. Selling because they were replaced with the EUR version with amber turn indicator. Estimated shipping in CONUS is $50.00.

EDM ones have an amber blinker instead of red.

I'm not an expert, but Amber turn signals in the European version for sure.

I'm in the same boat exactly. I will be installing the other pair that I bought in my 2016. I found a really good article on the retrofit. You have to buy a little plug kit from Amazon, and then it doesn't look too difficult. Here is the article I found:
