What did you do to your 2 series today?

I used P21S wax today on top of recent NuFinish polish. I am impressed with the effect. Used many waxes and finishes but wanted to try this. Expensive but easy to apply, remove and the shine speaks for itself. One tub will last for a long time.

Finally finished the interior with the M steering wheel and the M performance gear selector and surround. Also did the M license plate bracket. Diffuser and rocker decals the only cosmetic mods left.

Hi Steve,

The silver parts are slightly raised, and the badge itself is slightly domed. They're self adhesive, but I peeled off the very thin tape they came with and used some thicker, double-sided foam tape so the edges don't touch the paint.

If I were to do it again, I think I would order the trunk or hood badges that are larger (82mm I think) and thicker. They're a lot more expensive though.

I wasn't sure if I liked the look or not but, after a few days, I decided they look pretty cool. I figure real BMW fans will appreciate the significance.

I decided to ditch the O.Z. Racing center caps that came with the Leggera HLTs and replaced them with some old school BMW Motorsport roundels. I like them.

Yeah it sounds amazing, here is one I took shortly after. I’m just excited to see how much better it will sound with the Dinan cold air intake and stage 2 tune.

Installed the M Performance Black Kidney Grilles today. Hated the chrome trim grilles ones. The entire front changed with a meaner look with the MG color.The funny thing is that in youtube there is a guy that almost rips his front bumper removing them instead of removing 6 star screws ...

Detail day. Wash, clay, menzerna medium cut on orange lake county pad for trouble spots, menzerna super finish on white pad all over, and two coats of Zaino. I also removed my M4 style spoiler. I needed to clean up some areas around it and I kind of like the look of no spoiler at all. I wasn't lowered and didn't have the Autoplus diffuser the last time I had the spoiler off.

I've had the car for a year so just one winter. I have snow tires but there was hardly any last winter.

Coded all my settings using BimmerCode again after a recent dealer service (blower motor died just north of 30k miles).. and installed a new dinan cai filter. The old one was disgusting!!

Yes, last three years in NE Ohio and no snow. Never happened in my 35 years here. Buy M240i in August. I am doomed
