Picked up a Bavsound amp from a forum member and needed "more".. I went with the earthquake subs.. I'm totally confused. There is almost no bass on lots of songs. Some songs have to be turned way way up to get bass and some songs just sound weird. Installed them with the spacer/adapters like you're supposed to, they are both working.. 😞

I feel like the bavsound amps are tuned very flat with not much bass. Are the earthquake subs 8 ohm or 2 ohm? I found in my wife’s 2013 X3 that using the 2 ohm underseat woofer with the bavsound amp was much more on par with our expectations. When the 8 ohm bavsound woofers were installed the bass was disappointing.

Yeah they are the 2ohm subs..
I have another set ordered just in case and I'm gonna swap them as soon as they come in, weather permitting to see.. maybe I have a bad sub. It looked like one was opened already tbh

I think there was a mixup with the speakers or something. Replaced them just now with a new set and everything seems fine. Ended up using the oem speaker setting on the amp and it seems fine. Definitely better but still nothing crazy unfortunately. The logic 7 hk system in the f30 is still better overall.
