2019 M240i vs M4 ?

So wonder what ones thoughts were about say new all stock 240i vs M4 around a very tight track or just around some tight canyon carving type situations. I'm just stock 240ix so folks say I have disadvantage right there with the weight and such, other than a rain situation. Just curious if folks think a new stock 240i could best or hang with a M4 coupe around a tight dry track. Think it would be a cool contest.

Casual, spirited canyon carving, I guess you could hang with a friend in an M4.

At the track you better be the much better driver and be prepared to replace all your tires, pads and rotors at the very least, because you're gonna have to go ALL out.

And when I say All Out, I don't mean "I'm gonna drive it fast, but drive it to work on Monday" type of All Out.
I mean " The Lockton Track insurance is fully topped out, my Dad's an Orthopedic surgeon, cause I'm potentially going to put this beautiful new car into a wall to prove a point" type of All out driving.

Tight dry track - with drivers being equal the M4 will put serious space between itself and the M240i. Without an LSD and upgraded suspension + brakes never mind the power deficit, the M240 will not be in the same league.

Do a track event where you can drive an M4 - you will see exactly what I mean. M2CS would be a whole different story.

M240i + limited-slip differential and both 6-speed, I think the M240i can hang if the driver is equal to or better than the M4 driver. In most other circumstances, the M4 is going to be pulling away. Would be a fun test for a YouTube channel...
