Able to use JB+ with BM3?

Will I be able to add on JB+ with my BootMod3 Flash Tune? Or would it be too much for the engine/turbo? I have a 228ix N20, any thoughts?

I'm sure you could but if you are getting MB3 why would you want to stack up the JB+ on top ? A JB4 I could understand but the JB+ i'm not seeing a reason to keep it with BM3

Oh I thought JB+ depending on what you have it set as was additive of 0.5-4psi boost right?

You could use the JB, but I wouldn't. The flash has already raised the boost, piggyback just trick your ecu to add more boost. No need for both. I just got the Stage 2 BM3 it's amazing.

Exactly, i've seen people stack tunes but the flash os the better option and will already alter engine parameter to raise boost and all. Your better off selling off the JB+ to recoup some of the cost of the BM3.

Hi OP,
You can use the JB+ with BM3.

Im assuming you want to use it because you want to add a bit more power to the OTS BM3 map

if your going to stack, make sure you log.

It will probably cause misfires because you don't have the fuel to support the extra boost.

You can keep it in your glove box and put it on at the track, or if your going to pull a run, but I wouldn't leave it on full time on that engine.

The jb+ is proven to add .02 seconds to a quarter mile time and good for 2-4 mph in the trap on the n55.

It makes your car think its driving at high altitude, so will increase fuel/air = more hp safely.

Would the same thing apply for the Dinan Sport? Great thing about it is that you can turn off or lower boost via BT.

Same thing would apply to pretty much any piggyback. Also I had the Dinantronics Sports and don't rely on the boost gauge. From my experience it was pretty innacurrate and very unreliable overall. The device is great but the BT features were pretty meh (I was their tester and ran the device for 6 months).
