m240i exhaust on 230i

I have a 230i m sport package and was looking at getting the m240i m performance diffuser than putting a stock m240i muffler on it. Is the piping the same diameter for both the 230i and m240i? Would it be an easy change?

does anyone have a sound clip of this? all I can find is for aftermarket. or would it still be quiet just for looks?

i have my stock sport muffler sitting around someplace if youre lookin to buy one i can probably dig it up. came off less than 50 miles on the car.

For anyone following this thread I have had the stock 240i exhaust and diffuser installed no issues, it sounds amazing, just the way it should of from the factory.
