For sure PER is to be replaced, either by RIC or TSU.

Today in Q3 Checo was 1,3 sec!! slower than Max, and he set that time after Max did, so on a potentially dryer track.
These gaps for drivers in the same car are just not acceptable. And this has been going on for most of this season, and also last season.
PER is supposed to be a seasoned veteran, so in the same car he should be pretty close to Max. But he just isn't...again and again.

Fred looks to be in control with what he says but like his predecessors Bino and Arrivabene there are things that are unexplainable, and former TP Monty can't figure out why this is.
Like Merc the design team have simply taken a wrong turn with the car and are struggling with Chas and Carlo forced to over drive the car at some tracks to get anywhere.

According to the Zandvoort live-cam , the 50,000 + Dutch bicycles look dry .
So , this means the track must be dry as well...
