Swift Spring Conversion

I am currently running KW V2s on my daily M235i and looking for more ride height. I knew from other people's experiences and considering the use of the car eventually I'll need to switch springs and add helper springs to retain usability. I'm currently looking to go with Swift Springs as I've heard a lot of good things about them, but have no idea how to figure out the correct spec of the helper/Coilover spring. Help.
