Sunroof squealing

Just picked up an 2016 M235 a few days ago and it's been perfect but today I just heard a noise when I hit 80+ mph a very high pitched squealing noise begins to occur. Not sure if this is a common issue or not but sounds like it could be a seal in my sunroof? When i tilt it open the noise goes away.

Why be careful? You think something could break?

you can test the sunroof by using a green automotive masking tape on the seams and drive.
