MHD log review help

I have a 2016 xdrive (intake, IC, charge pipe, down pipe) and have been running MHD Stage 2+ with xHP Stage 2 for the past week. It's a significant improvement over my previous Dinantronics Stage 2 piggyback.

That being said, I've been looking at some logs from the autologger and there seems to be some concerning items. If anyone has time to check it out and provide feedback, I would greatly appreciate it.

Actual boost is 2psi off target. WGDC is in mid to high 80s. STFT starts going negative at 5500RPM up to -10%.

I'm guessing boost leak?

Not an expert but something that sticks out at me is your relatively low timing advance and "heavy" timing correction throughout the gear pulls.

What fuel are you on?

Also, your boost looks steady at high 80wgdc looks normal to me. You triggered the torque limiter a few times but not sure if that hinders power output and if that is something that can be addressed through XHP flash?

If you are on 91oct, I strongly recommend higher octane or, if not available, at least 1 - 1.5 Gallons of E85 to keep the corrections at bay.

One last thing, have you looked into 1 step colder spark plugs? You may benefit from that since you are probably putting out a good 80-100hp over stock values which is an ideal point to lower the heat range of plugs.

Happy tuning

Thanks for the feedback!

I’m using 93 oct fuel though there’s always possibility of it being a bad batch. Still have 3/4 tank to go. I’ll add some octane booster and see if anything changes.

Still on the stock plugs but planning to switch soon.

Not much from what I could find from some googling.
I plan to fill up on 94 oct pretty soon and do some more logging.
Regardless, I’ll be changing to colder plugs as soon as the parts come in.
