Circular jack mount - best place to jack?
Hello everyone
About 8 months ago I badly kerbed my alloys, and put the alignment out by being distracted and driving into a kerb without noticing.. Had the wheels re-aligned but since then..it's not been quite right...i've lived with it, but wonder if I've knackered the track rod end on that side. As we no longer get car jacks and tyre irons with our cars, i've only just got round to buying myself a trolley jack, which has the obligatory circular mount. I see we have the old school rectangular jacking points.. is there anywhere i can raise it, or do I need to buy the rubber jack pad to adapt the shape? Love your thoughts guys Alex |
