Chassis Stabilization Warning/Battery Replacement

I have a 2014 M235i. Two days ago I replaced the battery in it, and shortly after I got a chassis stabilization malfunction and it did not go away. Yesterday I got in my car and it wouldn’t start, it said that there was increasing battery drainage while stopped. It turns out the positive terminal was loose so I tightened it. It still wouldn’t start so I charged the battery and drove around for a minute and when I got back and shut the car off it gave a low battery warning. I’m not sure what to do at this point.

Scan for faults, address them, clear faults, and/or register the new battery.
