I had issues in the past , found 3-4 exercises online that fit my body, and did them everyday. Eventually it got to where I only had to use 1 exercise...where you are lying down.

I would do it before I did squats.

Nice....I have seen where some people are making a killing off of used gym equipment. I guess it's one of those items you can't get busted for price gouging on.

I don't have anything other than some dumbbells and some kettle bells. I did get a pull up bar to go in the door frame, but I tried hanging some weight from me and the frame sounded like it didn't like it.

So now I do it on the rafters in my building out back. Also been doing dips with saw-horses. That worked out quite well as I can vary the width.

Good luck with everything!

Thanks. Yeah resellers are the worst. Some crazy prices out there but things still sell really fast

Welcome back amigo. Shitty outcome regarding the weight, but at least you have something. All I have is a thick blanket that I've been using outside to lay on during my workouts haha.

At least you are staying same weight. I have to believe I'm heavier, based solely on how bad my feet hurt

Yoga is cool and all, but makes my joints HURT as I stretch distantly used tendons and muscles

I'm at a point where I am having to force down food right now to stay around 3K calories. That's what I used to diet on!!

When all this is over, it's going to be hard to re-train my metabolism.

Calisthenics. My workouts are kicking my ass....but then again, I'm half the size as you guys. I'm actually seeing more results in the last month working out from home. I base this solely on the fact that I'm doing no cardio whatsoever and calories are being used for building mass rather being burned off on a machine. I guess I'll continue to eat more and continue to push my way through this. On the opposite end of the spectrum, I really hope I can get back in the gym sometime in June.

good for you bro! i'm just doing enough to get by but i'm more use to doing heavy lifting. i feel less motivated because there's a difference between someone who worksout hard with intensity...and than there's the guys who just work out to work out. hopefully shit gets back to normal here

It'll be interesting to see what happens when the gyms do open up. I wonder how many of the gym monsters are still the same size/strength when we're able to go back to the gym. I have to expect there's going to be a lot of shrinkage.

Just glad I have most of the equipment at home to maintain and maybe even make some gains if I can just get my ass more motivated.

I'm a "grower"..not a "showwer".

Seriously though...I look the same, just a smaller version of myself. But I am fighting age! I think it's going to be hard on me. When I was younger, I would gain back any loss quicker than you could blink.

I suspect that won't be the case now.

From the pics you've posted, you're doing good.

For me it takes work to gain a little and no work to lose it all. I know about the whole fighting age thing. Can't believe I'll be turning 50 this year. A few people get close to guessing my age. Most think I'm in my 30s. I have a female friend in her 50s that loves being seen out with me. Because all her GFs keep asking her who I am...so she's parading me around as arm candy. LOL.

But underneath the shell, no one knows how much the foundation is falling apart. I'm constantly dealing with one thing or another hurting.

What sucks was that even as little as 10 years ago......I didn't even have to worry about diets. Just get enough of any type of food in when I wanted to gain, cut back a little when I wanted to lose.

As I got close to 40, I started having to do more about it. I knew the whole diet scene...studied it since I was a teenager. But never had to apply it until then!
