I was thinking “so many internet opinion extremists scream that run-flats are the spawn of the devil and would murder babies if left to roam free... but these are reasonably compliant, quiet on most pavements and not devoid of feel compared to my old car’s good old-fashioned 255/45 17 Michelin’s.”
I was also thinking how the lower door trim of my coop is going to be kicked to shreds with three years. 6 months in and they’re already badly scuffed. The doors aren’t even that long for a coupé but the stupid, mean and tiny little Communist car spaces that British developers specify in order to cram more people in without spending more capex on infrastructure mean that getting out of the car without kicking anything requires careful and slow movements. And before you ask I’m fit and not particularly long-legged. I should have bought a tiny worker’s shopping car, and not a big flash 2 series, like a good little comrade! |

I have been thinking of coding enhanced Bluetooth on my m240i using BimmerCode. I have used it before and I know all the coding parameters. Somehow I am not comfortable doing it with the feeling something might go wrong.

I was debating whether it'd be better to wash my car before taking it in to get my (dirty) curbed rim swapped, or to wait and wash the car after getting it back from service? Probably before taking it in, I think.

I was thinking I really wish they made an Xdrive with a 6 speed manual. I loved my Audi S4 with the 4.2L V8 and a 6 speed manual. Guess those days are long gone, never to return.
