I'll add my opinion for what it's worth. As far as looks on the car they are totally subjective and my opinion is that the car will fit just right on a track or maybe SEMA but that's about it. I can't say that I find the power figures that impressive though . Dinan tunes which are modest make 530hp on the same engine and 40 more hp from Schnitzer is probably another 1.5 more of boost or maybe a more extreme exhaust bolt on added. I come from the Evo tuning world and people would get 500+ hp out of a 2.0L very easily and with the right tuner very reliably.
The last part is the weight which is not that impressive either. Take out a few seats and sound deadening and replace the exhaust with a titanium piece and add a few carbon fiber bits and you've got yourself a pretty good weight loss. Again , the car is probably still just over 3,000 pound with weight saving which is great power-to-weight but certainly not impressive in the same way that a Lotus manages weight. That was it. Have a good weekend y'all |

Like usual, take a BMW, make it as ugly as possible...and then bang release it with more power/less weight....
This design can cause brain problem and maybe seizures!

Rear and mid engine stuff at high cornering speeds are hard to catch once things let go, but this thing I really want to experience. |

The s55 swap with a manhart or m235i racing body kit and this would be the perfect current BMW In my opinion (s65 swapped 1m is my current favorite). The AC kit has a DTM look to it, almost like a Black Series MB I bet would be more appealing in pretty much any color then this green, actually I almost like the army green but with red accents its kinda horrible.
330lbs lighter then a m2 which is already 150lbs lighter then an m4, so 480lbs lighter? I know they sell just the performance section and ill source A different kit. If thats the case Ill just keep my m235i forever as I only planed to upgrade to m3 to have An M car that I could continually maintain and modify and keep for the rest of my life |

A04 Urban Green was one of the the std colours offered on the MY2003 Z4 when I bought my Z4. And, no, I didn't order that colour. I opted for TiAg.

OK, seriously. It's a test bed for lots of bits. I personally prefer the nose to the fangs on the stock car, though I suppose those fangs serve a function. The hood also adds a bit of texture, though not necessary.
I'm sure Schnitzer wants to hear opinions so that they can tune their products. They are in the business of selling parts after all. |
