I just installed the M4 arms on my 2015 M235. They definitely improve turn-in feel and up the cornering speed. The steering has gained some resistance/stiffness, which feels very good. The comfort mode steering feels like the pre-LCA sport setting and sport has a nice "meaty" feel.....both feel better than stock. My frt camber went to -1.7 and caster 7.7 deg. The tire moved slightly forward but much less than I was expecting. I can slip 2 fingers in the front and 3 in the back of the front tires btwn fender/tire. The height dropped a little and is now approx 2 fingers in frt. ...so maybe a 3/4" drop. I actually like the improved stance and feel no need to use spacers in the rear or drop rear height.
The nvh has increased slightly from the frt suspension due to the stiffer front LCA bushing. Noticeable but not intrusive. All in all a great upgrade for under $500 (including alignment). |

The increase in steering effort is mostly from the increase in caster. |

I installed the M3/M4 arms today. I swapped my winters to summers at the same time. Before doing it I checked out if my 17" winters would fit. And yes, they fitted with no problems. Specs are 17"x7.5, ET 36.

With my VMR's (19x8.5 and 19x9.5) I was rubbing quite a lot on springs, swapped to coil overs at the same time though and raised height. Car is a bit taller now but agree with above assessment of improved steering feeling. The reason it started to rub once I did this on springs is that this mod moves the wheel forward in the arch.

I'm also interested in augerpro's question. Are people still doing the M3/M4 LCAs now that the M2 is out? Seems like the M2 would be more plug and play. Anyone done this?
